1. Scope and acceptance
These terms cover Block Puzzle！for Watch, previously listed as Block Blast! For Watch, and its support pages, provided by 太宇 左 (Taiyu Zuo). By using the service you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Minors should use it with appropriate parent or guardian guidance.
2. The game
Block Puzzle is a casual Apple Watch game for entertainment. Available game modes and features depend on your app version. Gameplay works offline; downloading and updating the app requires Apple services. Scores have no monetary value and the game does not offer real-money gambling or prizes.
Compatible hardware and watchOS are required as described in the App Store listing. Play only when it is safe to look at and interact with your watch.
3. Apple license and purchases
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below. These service terms supplement that agreement and do not replace or reduce any rights under it or applicable law. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA on the app license, the Standard EULA controls.
Any app download charge is displayed by Apple before purchase. Apple handles billing, purchase history, and refund requests under its own terms and applicable law. The current app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use and ownership
Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attack or disrupt support services, distribute unauthorized copies, or misuse the app to infringe intellectual property rights. App code, artwork, audio, and other materials belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Rights and exceptions granted by applicable law and third-party licenses remain unaffected.
5. Saved games and privacy
Scores, preferences, and supported saved games are stored locally. Deleting the app, resetting or replacing your device, or certain system changes can result in lost data. We cannot recover local game data and do not promise cloud synchronization or permanent preservation of saves.

6. Updates and availability
We may release updates, adjust features, or discontinue support. We aim to keep the app reliable but cannot guarantee that every device or future operating system will remain compatible, or that all features will always be error-free. Any changes remain subject to your mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
7. Consumer rights and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app and support are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or preservation of local game data. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, mandatory consumer remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable misconduct. Apple’s Standard EULA also addresses warranty, liability, and applicable law.
8. Ending use and changes to terms
You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time. License termination is governed by the Standard EULA. We may restrict misuse of our support services where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. We will give additional notice or seek agreement where required by law. Changes do not remove accrued rights or statutory remedies.
